Variety of food for breakfast, pool stays open 24hrs, kids loved that. Clean property & friendly staff.

We are a family of 6. (2 adults and 4 kids) We only stayed 1 night prior to our flight the next early morning. We enjoyed the nice large room for all of us.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Breakfast selection was great. Slept like a baby!

Megan at the front desk was amazing. We were staying due to a family member in the ICU and she went above and beyond.

Convenient location for our family reunion plans. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The stay was good breakfast was nice. The pool overall was good my only complaint is the choice of tile flooring in the rooms and in the pool. It was extremely slippery when wet which being in areas where this is going to happen it is a major safety issue. I almost slipped and fell just stepping out of the pool from the entry stairs. I witnessed a younger teenage kid fully fall straight on their back. This didn't require running just normal walking. Huge safety issue and should be addressed.

Check in was smooth and the room was nice. However in the pool area, the other customers were very intoxicated and loud. We were there to relax and yet, we were bothered and whistled at which was uncalled for. That group moved to the sitting areas and continued to be lout. in the morning at breakfast they were still trying to talk to us. Us meaning me and my grandchild.

This property should not do business with expedia. Their computer system doesn’t seem to work with expedia. I changed dates for our stay from Sept 19 to Sept 25 and the property reached out that although I prepaid I wouldn’t have a hotel room. I contacted expedia and they resent the reservation and after a few back and forth emails the assistant general manager Sarah sent me an email that my reservation for the 25th was good and she’s glad it was resolved and she gave me a confirmation number and said she was looking forward to our stay. When we walked into the hotel before giving our name the lady at the front desk, Hannah, was rude when my son asked if there was a pool. She curtly said yes and when he asked where it was she said I don’t know. I in surprise said you don’t know and she said oh I thought you were asking about your room I don’t have a room. And I said yea we already paid for it on expedia. It’s paid in full. She said we have no room and would have to contact expedia for a refund. I said we paid for a room and I want the room we paid for and I confirmed the room with assistant manager and I tried to show her the email and she wouldn’t look at it. At no point did she look at a computer she was just reading notes on a page of paper saying we have no room. I said we don’t know anyone in the area does she expect me and the three kids to sleep in the car even though I paid in full. She said expedia would refund I said I wanted something in writing. She said no
