Sheraton Sioux Falls & Convention Center

Great atomsphere. All employees were very nice and helpful. My dog had an accident in the lobby, i was mortified but they handeled it kindly. The room was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was nice too. My toddlers favorite part. I highly recommend staying here, especially if traveling with a dog or kids.

We stayed here to go watch hockey at the Denny center and liked that it was right there. It was clean and the staff were friendly. It was 2 adults and 2 kids and it was comfortable.

It was fine. My biggest complaints are more about the people there than the facility itself. There were baseball games that weekend so kids were running around unsupervised, especially in the workout room and pool. In the workout room I saw at least 3 older people leave because it was a zoo. I blame the parents for that, but it would be nice to have the staff come and tell them to get out of there since there is supposed to be an age limit without parents. The inside area was also noisy until about 11pm both nights. I did not hear anything above, below, or next door, but the lobby/main/bar area was very noisy.

For the 2nd time in less than 6 weeks, they overbooked for a concert. We checked in at 5:30 and there were no rooms available. They could give no explanation as to why or what they would do for us. They told us to "check back later". Luckily, we had a family member that had a room we could go to get ready for the concert. About an hour later, they called to say they had a room for us. I booked 4 rooms for this concert. We could not have been farther apart. Parking was a nightmare. Some had to park at the events center next door. When you pay $300+ for a room that normally goes for about $150, you expect to be taken care of. The check in personnel were complete drips...fumbled around with no explanation or options whatsoever. To say we were highly disappointed is an understatement. The last time we stayed they also overbooked. They need to put some checks and balances in place and also give their check in staff some customer service training. Their indifference to our situation was really maddening.

We stayed here for the race going on at the Convention Center and it was also HS basketball tournament time and a dance competition going on. Our kids were still able to swim without being trampled over! It would have been nice to have a hot tub to sit in, but otherwise everything was fantastic! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was great!

The family and I stayed here because it was convenient to the Convention Center for my Conference. Very comfortable; able to sleep well (actually better than at home)

Our room was not clean, bed looked like a child made it so it didn’t seem as it was even clean. Lots and lots of hair everywhere in the bathroom & bathtub. Towels were gross and stained, room smelt musty.

Wish bar area was open longer, when I’m away from home, work kids I like to indulge 😃

Front desk staff was very rude when we said we would be checking out a day early. I had requested a possible refund earlier through the app but never heard back. Front desk staff on 11/17 was rude and demanded we stay the extra night. We told him we could not stay and he said you should because we will ge recharged regardless. We knew this but we’re unable to stay due to a family emergency. We have to right to check out any day we wanted to if we were paying for it. Very rude and condescending.
