Stayed with our family for a week while sightseeing. Hotel is better than I expected. Good for families. Pool was great for kids but pool area was too hot and humid. Free breakfast was good

Staff was outstanding very nice to our needs the pool area was great if you have children and it did have a workout room for those who like to get a workout in. Had a great selection for Breakfast every morning it just lacked not having fruit . The area itself was peaceful and there was stores close by

Went for a family reunion, we had a total of 5 rooms, they did their best at keeping us all close to each other on the same floor and offered to open up a meeting room for us to socialize. The front desk staff was very helpful with recommending places to eat and visit. Rooms were very clean.

The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish on our 3 day stay. We very much enjoyed the breakfasts that were available 👍. The door to our room had damage to it and there was extensive tile damage in our shower, but all was clean and the cosmetics didn’t give us any trouble. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family visiting the area

The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. It's clear they all work very hard because we LOVE this hotel! Was our second time staying here. The pool is phenomenal for little kids, breakfast delicious and always stocked (with end time of 10am which gave us time each morning to enjoy it) and rooms very clean, quiet and comfortable.

Staff was friendly and the beds comfortable but the room was dirty with hair all over shower wall and bathroom counter. I had to ask for towels because they only provided 2 for a family of four. The pool was okay- hot tub was barely Luke warm. Pool area had trash and looked dated. The edge of hot tub and the inside of water buckets (kid water area) was green from the water/mildew.

Hotel staff was very nice and overall it was great stay. Only problem was there was food container from previous guest in the fridge. Rest of the room was super clean though and pool area was great! Perfect for younger kids

We stayed for 4 days. My only complaint is the breakfast was the exact same thing every morning. They can spice that up. Nonetheless it was still a great breakfast. I have a 3 and 6 year old and I loved that the pool was 4ft deep at its deepest point. Staff was friendly. We always felt safe. Perfect location to everything. I would come back and stay here again. Great family trip great stay.
