Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rapid City, SD

When we booked the room we requested the first floor and we wound up on the 4th floor.The Motel room was clean and roomy. The breakfast was good. Didn't get to use the pool because it was usually full of children when we wanted to use it, but it looked like a very nice pool and hot tub.

Overall was very nice. The one thing I would suggest is that the pool area is better monitored. I notice there was a camera but the 2 hours I spent in there we saw countless kids misusing the water slide. They were climbing over it, standing at the bottom and doing flips and stopping and having several kids bottleneck at the top. The sad thing was that the parents sat and watched, but to me you are asking for a lawsuit.

Other than some rowdy kids in the pool we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

We always stay here it’s very comfortable and my family feels happy with the place. It has an awesome breakfast and the hot tub n pool are great. It’s a place where they knows and we know them.

Nice and clean, doors were kept locked. It smelled so good in the hallways. Rooms were great I would stay there again with my family.

Check-in was super friendly and fast. Breakfast was pretty good. Pool area was very nice for the kids. We were there on a very busy weekend, so there was lots of people at the pool. Pool water was actually pretty warm, and the hot tubs were excellent. Only downside was their new shower floors are extremely slippery. Accident waiting to happen.!!! Carpets in the rooms were dirty needs to be shampooed on a regular basis , but overall the room was clean. I would stay here again.

Excellent friendly staff, nice clean pool and small gym, rooms are sufficient. Nice small refrigerator and good view of the prairie. Definitely kid friendly

For e wry traveling worker or contractor... There was lady named Cheryl at front desk. She asked me just "btw" are you travel for job. I said yes. The room I got, I don't know if it was her or its standard, I never got room like this before for that money, and i book like 30 motels/hotels per year. It was like studio apt with two BIG screen tv's with beautiful shower/bathroom in middle. But that not all! Morning I woke up there was this card in envelope slipped under door. This NEVER happen to me at any motel/hotel. She assess me by name, and thanked me for choosing them while I'm working away from home...mind you I was already 1,700M from home and family...and that warm my hearth. I will recommend this hotel to every hard working contractor or worker send out of their home. 5 stars!

Front desk staff was extremely great, unfortunately the room I was booked was marked clean, but when I got in, it looked like the last guest had just left. It sounded like a miscommunication on the cleaning staffs side, but was still able to get right into a room despite a fully booked night. Also my 3 yo was so excited to swim, but there were so many kids, and nobody that attends with the water slide, to where kids were going down, then landing on each other at the bottom. We left and never went back in because my daughter was scared. I also found part of a previous guests fake eyelash glued to the comforter, my phone was dead or I would’ve taken a picture. Probably won’t stay here again.
