We enjoyed the large room with kitchen and living room. The king size bed was very comfortable. Pool area was noisy due to large group of children. There was a birthday party / family reunion being held so common areas were very busy with lots of people. Hallways were noisy with kids running around. Assumed it would have been quieter.

My family and I were headed east towards MN. Getting to Tea was a little ways off the interstate but it was very to hop back on. The room was clean and comfortable, appreciated the microwave and mini fridge. Would definitely stay there again!

Got check into an occupied room, thank goodness the other people weren’t in there otherwise that would have been absolutely embarrassing. Front desk “upgraded” us from king to king bedroom so same room but with a door which just caused our kid to be too scared to sleep on the pullout couch in the “separate room.” It was evening, kid was tired, weather wasn’t great (which is why we stayed) so it wasn’t worth trying to figure a better situation out. Room was very clean!! Breakfast wasn’t great, eggs tasted like chemicals, only “kid” cereal was empty and not a whole lot of variety. We enjoyed the pool and hotel was quiet in general!

They people were very friendly! They actually helped locate the whole family on the same floor, which meant upgrading us to a bigger room. They were the best and so friendly! We will dwu stay there again! Food was great!

Nice big pool that the kids loved. Rooms were clean and nice but the hotel was extremely under staffed. We stayed over a holiday and there was only one person working at the hotel. He could not keep up with all the demands and was getting frustrated and short patience. We had no pool towels, our keys to room were not working, the toilet clogged in our room he did not know if he’d get to it because he was also the bartender. He did get to it but made a mess we had to clean up. The breakfast was a disaster. People were at front desk needing help but nobody was refilling the breakfast food. The breakfast area was full so we went to sit in bar/lounge room with our family and the lady working was very rude to us about it. This hood be a great hotel but because of the lack of staff and how rude they were we will not return.

The room was nice, clean. However, the couch in the room was disgusting. We covered it w a sheet. The pool was also brown and the hot tub had bugs in it. The continental breakfast was boring, also. Had the pool been nice, we would stay there again but my kids wouldn't swim in it.

This was horrible, only one light bulb worked in the room and every other one was of a different source again not in working condition. The beds had random short hairs if you know what I mean in them. The TV only had infomercials. Pool was gross and full of partying kids. The heater was the worst part sounded like a jet engine when you turned it on. I wanted to leave but it was late nothing I could do but endure the Grand Stay!
