We love the big rooms with the kids and for navigating with my wheelchair. The room was very accessible for me. The staff was great and everything was very clean.

Very clean, staff was excellent and helpful! Pet friendly which is a plus although Expedia didn’t mention there would be a non refundable pet fee but because the staff was so excellent they excepted my fur babies esa position and waved the fee. Couldn’t ask for better tv options and the stay.

My wife and I have been involved in a family medical emergency at the hospital across the freeway from the hotel. We cannot express how kind the hotel has been to us and have bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. My wife is is still staying at the hotel and neither of us can say enough for the staff. An organization can have great policies and service, and we appreciate all of that, but thank you for the kind souls and servant people who work at your hotel. That’s God given. Hang on to all of them. We will stay in Hyatts whenever possible.

Hotel was clean and well supplied! But the staff went above and beyond to take good care of me!!! I am so very grateful for the tenderness and kindness because I was there during a family emergency. Cannot say enough good things about them!!

Booked a night here for myself and family for an event at the University of South Carolina. The hotel is in a convenient location and there are plenty of food options nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is right by a hospital, so I did hear sirens occasionally. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay!

We stay in quite a few hotels throughout the year and more time then not we stay at Marriott properties in addition to A Loft and Hilton's. My biggest disappointment and concern with our stay at The Holiday Inn Columbia Airport was the fact that we checked in near Midnight and went straight to bed only to have our door opened by another guest with a key. Luckily my wife had engaged the inner lock which prevented the door from completely opening. When I called down to the desk to inform them of what had happened the response was: "ok-I'm sure they will be back down for another key." I'm not sure what response I was expecting but, my concern was not for the people that were given the same room as I'd just checked into but the safety of my wife and two children.
