What a wonderful and cheerful staff to be greeted by on a late night check-in. After traveling all day and arriving late at night the staff greeted my family with such a delight that made the reception well worth the trip. Thanks for going above and beyond to ensure a great guest experience!!!

I am a frequent visitor of The Fairfield Inns but this one needs some TLC. The rooms were NOT clean the backboard to the bed was so dirty that I had to clean it before I could even try to sleep. The bathrooms looked unclean and the facility and rooms themselves looked like they need to be professionally cleaned and updated. The breakfast was not what I usually get from the Fairfield. The night front desk lady would barely look at me when I asked for extra towels because I used 2 to clean the room with. I had driven several hours and my 2 kids were exhausted or I would’ve left this facility.
