The people were just the friendliest. Breakfast was always delightful and the staff was busy keeping everything fresh, warm and clean. And each had the sweetest smiles. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. My husband and I typically come to Simpsonville to stay with family. But after this experience, we have decided that whether it is one night or more, we will stay here!!! Please keep up the great service - I'd be so disappointed if anything changed.

Booked this hotel for a trip to Greenville. Every single staff member we came across was so nice! Like, out of their way kind to us and our kids. From housekeeping to check in to the people at the breakfast bar. Check in was easy, check out was easy. The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. They use Dove toiletries which is a nice change from the soaps that usually leave your hair and body dry. Breakfast was good, and very family friendly. Also located near a ton of dining places. Definitely plan to stay again!

The front desk lady was nice and friendly, the breakfast area was clean and quite a good healthy choice to choose from. Hotel room was not vacuumed properly, 4 th floor kids were running at 10 pm non stop for 45 min had to call front desk.
