It was meh. I booked this hotel because it advertised having an indoor pool. The website did not disclose that it was closed for maintenance. My kids were disappointed and I felt it was a waste of money.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is not very nice. It smelled of mildew. There was no stopper for the bathtub, and they did not have any at the front desk. They offered us a couple of hand towels to plug up the bath instead *eye roll*. The pool was closed, which was hugely disappointing as that was part of the reason I booked the room. Overall, I don't plan on booking this hotel again. We visit the area frequently as we have family there, and this place isn't worth the cost.

This hotel was in a great location. It was close to many stores and eateries. The main reason we stayed with Hotel was that it was close to family members and the rates were reasonable. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. There were a few cosmetic issues, but overall a great stay. I would stay there again.

Well, the room my family and I stayed in was clean. But, our room keys deactivated the first and second night stay there. And, the elevator broke down so my family and I had to walk up three flights of stairs. Oh, and the swimming pool wasn't cleaned.

I traveled with my two teens for college visit overnight. The suite was very nice and spacious. I wasn't thrilled to find out the fold out sofa had no bedding available in the closet or in the room at all. When I called the front desk they said we could come and get what we needed. No offer to run it up or apologies. The room next door had a handful of young girls giggling, shutting the door and running down the hallway after midnight. I had to call the front desk twice to get some peace for my kids and I to be able to sleep finallyafter 130a. Breakfast was okay. My daughter loved the cinnamon waffles. I guess overall I would stay again.

Been staying here for family trips before somehow just this past trip it was just the room that me n my family were put in. Window was patched n not repainted and seemed like it was leaking to the top of AC. Guests should be first in the elevator and employee next. Courtesy! Male maintenance or cleaner was courteous to allow guest in the door first. Kudos to him!

Overall it was a decent stay. Should have posted pool was closed on booking though. Being a Holiday weekend and kids want to swim left alot people scrambling to find an alternative. Water pressure was poor the first 2 days and improved about 50% by end of stay. Staff where friendly and Breakfast was decent.

The girl that works 2nd shift was rude and outta place. She was ok letting her friends come swimming and having beybey kids run around but whenthere backs were turned she was mean and should be fired . I wouldn't go back to this place ever . Embarrassed the hell outta those people she kicked out for no reason. The owners should be ashamed for hiring that wanna be fake thug

Two things for the breakfast. Coffee machine has trouble - very bad tasting coffee. No kidding - it is lousy. The orange juice machine has a problem - very, very watery orange juice. It was like slightly orange flavored water.
