Our stay here was pleasant. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately we had to ask for several items such as linens for the sleeper sofa for the kids, pillows, coffee and then found out that there was no microwave in the room, which comes in handy when you have kids with you. Also the door leading outside would not lock allowing anyone to enter at the backside of the building, close to our room. I did not care for that. And finally the pool was closed as the staff said that they had not received the chemicals to properly set it up , again an amenity that is helpful when you travel with kids.

The room had sunflower seeds on the floor, the bathroom wasn’t very clean. The room smelt like mildew. The breakfast wasn’t very good, bagels were hard, chocolate milk that my child started to drink was rotten. The stay was ok, I’d come back again if there wasn’t anything else available, just some minor changes need to be made.
