The front counter lady was amazing when I checked in; extremely helpful and acuminating for my family's needs!

I gave 3stars for my overall stay due to me and my family staying 2nights and room service didn’t come till check out time. Our room looked rushed pillowcases we’re put on inside out the bed was wrinkle and the mirror was not cleaned.The 3 stars is solely for the front desk workers (morning and night),the kind breakfast attendant and her delicious food and the maintenance guy.

We went to the pool after check-in. There were multiple families that drove into the parking lot - dropped off their kids to go swimming like it was a community pool. The "adults" did not stay but returned later. The children age range was about 4 - 11. I feel sure these families were not guests of the hotel. (I do not give permission to use my name with this response)

It was a nice property and the room was very clean. The receptionist could have told me what side to park on and that one of the doors was broken. Also there were unruly kids in the pool that threw rocks in the pool. But, some good Samaritans, not employees, came and got the rocks out of the pool. Breakfast was good.

The check in guy was very nice. The breakfast was delish, sausage gravy, biscuits, breads, yogurt, eggs, grits, waffles,etc.. There was something for everyone. The pool was spotless. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was top notch. As we have family in Ga. now, we’ll be driving 95 quite a bit. We’ll remember this place and stop by again.

We had 2 adjoining rooms and they were both filthy! The pool was closed and my kids were really disappointed they weren’t able to use it.

rooms were not ready when we arrived after check in hours. first room toilet was blocked so we had to go down and change rooms. around 9pm people above our room arrived and could hear luggages and people moving around very noisily. children were running around till past10:30 pm and i had to call frontdesk on my cell as house phone was dead. after 10 mins or so the noise died down. it was convenient and had dining options around. there was no body lotion even in the room. anyway it was okay just to sleep in for a night.

We drove with the children from New York to Florida. And we decided to stay there for the night. I looked for hotels that were just clean, I read reviews. There were good reviews here. But I was very disappointed. Sorry I didn't take a photo. There were other people's hairs in the bathroom, on the drain, there were a lot of them. There was also dust all over the room and a few hairs were in the bed, also the top of the bedspread was dirty in places, I don't mean stains, just as if someone had stepped on, leaving small mark in 2 places. I'm very disappointed. Although the staff were all very kind!

Room was dirty did not smell right. The bathroom shower had mold on it, terrible experience. The walls are made of paper you can hear everything around your room, the shower/bathroom next to you, kids crying, the hallway. I will never go back.

We did not get the hotel room type we booked. The guy said the hotel doesn’t even have the room Expedia advertised. Our family of five had two queen beds to share rather then the two queens and pullout we reserved.
