The pack and play we were told would be available for our baby did not have a mattress or sheet. There were no wash clothes available in the room.

Awesome stay. Rooms was gigantic which is great for kids and adults. Kitchen inside the room has everything one needs to get by. Only thing was that we pulled the sofa from the wall and noticed that no cleaning was anywhere near there for a while.

What a lovely property! This will be a stop for us every year! The staff was so friendly, the lobby was clean, rooms were spacious (great for my two small children), and breakfast was good. The breakfast attendant made sure things stayed filled and clean. Pool hours were a bit lane but having the basketball court as another option to burn some energy was nice.

We traveled over the holidays with our twin babies and dog. Being right off 95 and midway between our destination, this was the perfect, pet friendly hotel. Our first stay was nice, as we had suite and the hotel seemed to be clean. Our second stay was a disaster. It didn't look like our room had been cleaned but the hotel was sold out, it was 10:30pm and we had already loaded two babies and a dog into the room. There was trash in the cans, someone had clearly used the soap and toilet but our sheets seemed cleaned? They couldn't move us or refund our money. I'd say it's a good hotel, but get there early to fix any issues.

Brand new property. The staff were so kind and helpful. Everything was sparkling clean and you can’t really ask for any more. We forgot toothbrushes for the children, no problem, complimentary ones provided by the staff. Everyone from the front desk, to breakfast staff, to maintenance were just genuinely kind and helpful. Wonderful experience!

Property was ok but there was a baby shower and visitors were Ruid and very noisy late into the evening, the on the day we were checking out we killed a large bug (roach) in the bathroom

Room was super spacious, and the bed was super comfy, the only complaint was that whoever was in the room above us was up by 7 AM pounding on the floors so it woke give everyone up. The kids also wanted to go for a swim before we headed out, but they put chlorine in the water after opening time, it would’ve just made more sense to do it first thing in the morning so the people checking out would have a chance to swim.

I have to say we were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast offerings! We assumed it’d be a continental breakfast but it wasn’t! It was make-your-own waffles with various toppings, omelet with cheese, sausage patty, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, muffins, etc. The breakfast staff were helpful and kind, nearly each one wishing me a happy Mother’s Day (we were there on Mother’s Day). There was a party in the 1st floor ballroom and we were staying on the 3rd floor. The music was LOUD and thumping until 11pm, and I have 3 young kids. I didn’t appreciate the noise so late into the evening. We also had 5 of us in the room, and I registered 3 children with their ages upon booking the reservation. The sofa bed was not made up, which we needed to use, so that was annoying but not a deal-breaker.
