We spent one night at Spring Hill for a family event. The hotel was clean and quality was as expected for a hotel of this class. Property was very clean and well maintained. Location is great - very close to all the downtown activities in Columbia. Good value for the money.

We have stayed here several times with two young children, and every experience was great. They love the indoor pool, and the breakfast has tons of options, so even picky eaters can find something to enjoy. The staff are always courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean, but could be updated. Sink drains were slow. Can be noisy depending on which side the room is on. But the overall experience was great - can get to the children’s museum and zoo both in under ten minutes, and there’s a grocery store you can walk to in two minutes. All excellent for families with young kids. We will continue staying here when we visit.

We were first time visitors to Columbia this past weekend and look forward to coming back. We visited with two adults and two kids (9,5). There was plenty of room for us all in the double bed room. It was great walking distance to Publix, restaurants, and Assembly street. From front desk to housekeeping, the staff was amazing. They were welcoming and accommodating for all of our requests… which weren’t super abnormal but we didn’t feel like a burden asking questions. Breakfast was great with a great variety… there was something for everyone in our group which made mornings easy on our busy weekend here. Will definitely keep SpringHill Suites on our list of places to stay when we return.

Quick & Easy Check-In. Clean Room that easily accommodated our family of 5. The breakfast was great. We loved the location. It was easily walkable to many dinner options.

My stay was amazing and the hotel was very clean as well as welcoming. The hotel was only 2 miles away from my sister's house which allowed my family and I to easily navigate to her during our short visit. There was enough parking and the breakfast was satisfactory. Lastly, the indoor pool was an added bonus as my family enjoyed being able to enjoy the water and relax for an hour. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would even come back to visit myself.

The staff was great. We enjoyed the small feel city. However we booked a room with a pull out bed for the kids and the pull out was broken sonwe could not use it.

There was hair stuck in the fibers on the hand towels, and on the several walls of the shower. The shower room had a barn door without a handle so you had to close it by pushing on a screw, which cut my child’s finger. Not up to par with Marriott standards or prices.
