The heated pool which is why we chose the hotel is broken. The pool water is so cold the kids can’t even go in.

The hotel wasn’t bad. Would I go back…only if we can swim, since the heater was broke in the pool, we could not swim and having kids that didn’t go over well. Didn’t receive notification about it before we got there so I couldn’t cancel. And the buffet was ok. The choices weren’t bad, the taste was ok. I hate when hotels have eggs that don’t taste “real”. Property was clean and staff was great!

Booked this hotel specifically for the indoor heated pool for the kids. Heater was broken and the water was freezing. When we got to the room, one of the beds had a giant hair in the sheets and it looked like the sheets hadn’t been changed. They were wrinkled as if someone had already laid down on the bed. The continental breakfast was also disappointing. The food was slow to be refilled. The fruits were not replenished. Had high hopes for this stay because of the higher ratings but was overall disappointed.

This is our usual "go to" when we visit our family - Good location- easy parking -friendly staff. This time the counter top in the bathroom had a dirt film on in- which my husband wiped down-gross. The shower liner was spotted with black mold -gross , I took pictures. No one cleaned our room until we asked -The staff was sitting on the counter while visiting with the front desk person- It just wasn't up to the standards we had enjoyed before. Breakfast staff was good.

The staff is very nice and the hotel is very clean and comfortable The pool is very nice and the kids loved it There was a problem with the fridge We also stocked in the elevator (the fire man came fast so I was there with my son “only” 15-2” minutes ) but the staff didn’t talked with us and didn’t asked about it since it wasn’t a nice experience

Room walls were paper thin and ended up having to ask the front desk to go to the room next door at 2:30am as the neighbors were so loud, wrestling, and using obscene and foul language my child could hear clearly. Bathroom toilet ran constantly and often didn’t flush. Bathroom door was gross.

From the staff & I mean the entire staff, they were absolutely fantastic. Everyone was so kind and willing to help no matter what you needed. I’ve never stayed in a place that something wasn’t up to their name, but I promise your visit will be worth every penny. One thing to keep in mind, this is an older hotel, but they are currently remodeling, but they’re number 1 priority is you and/or your family.

Property is clean but lack amenitied inside the room. There are 2 bath towels for family of 4. Shower head is very old and the tub too. The towel holder is rusty and now they are charging $18 for parking.

The staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious. My kids enjoyed the pool. Beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. Nice, big bathroom and I really enjoyed the shower after walking around in the heat 😊. Loved how everything is within walking distance. Great places to eat around the area. I would definitely come back to stay in the future.
