I really felt the staff was very friendly and accommodating to my family. The property was clean and well kept. The ONLY thing that was problematic was the fact that there was a constant smell of sewage in my room. We asked about it and were told they were doing some maintenance on the property. Unfortunately we had to deal with that our entire visit.

My family of 4 had a beautiful stay in a 1Br King Plus. It just made me love Hilton properties, and I can’t wait to come back.

We really enjoy staying at this hotel for many reasons, one being how clean and quiet it is! It is a bit of a walk for any one that doesn’t know Charleston well. Although the aquarium is across the street so that is nice if staying with kids. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if it’s your first time visiting the city. The cafe/coffee place on the ground floor is no longer open as well as the cocktail bar which is a real set back for convenience to grab a quick cup of coffee or to start or end your evening with a drink down at the bar. But overall, this hotel is great and would stay again.

This was a lovely hotel and perfect for those traveling with little kids. Our room was equipped with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer making it perfect for families traveling with children. The staff was very friendly and always made us feel welcome.

This hotel has EVERYTHING me and my family needed in the room! The valet at check in was only one person at the time we was checking in. We were 5 cars back of the line. There wasn’t no one at the front desk for about 15 mins to chk us in. When asking the staff at the bar, she said they are not associated with the hotel because they are a 3rd party in the hotel. Even the concierge did not know what’s on the menu for breakfast because of the restaurant being a 3rd party in the hotel. We walk to Saffron cafe and bakery, it’s close by. We loved it so much that we had breakfast there the whole time we stay at the hotel.

An amazing hotel just past the historic market area. We enjoyed it there while traveling with our family of 5! Valet was expensive but has in/out privileges and the valet team was awesome to work with. Overall - great hotel!

Beautiful hotel room, excellent customer service. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for beautiful aesthetics in your room that also provides extended-stay amenities. Crazy walking access to great restaurants and family-oriented amenities like the museum. Valet service is superb (in case you have a vehicle). The front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful!

We loved everything about our stay. Especially the kitchen, having kids with food allergies makes it a challenge when traveling. Having a full size kitchen was so helpful and made it feel like home away from home.
