We were in town for one night with our kids. Very nice staff. Very clean..no carpet in the guest rooms was FANTASTIC.

Great trip with our family! Hotel service was great..We will be staying here again. Only problem is the service at the Starbucks counter for breakfast only on person doing everything.. Poor guy. Long lines in the morning for coffee and ordering breakfast. Fire pit turns off at 10pm..

My small family has never been to Charleston. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We drove to Folly Beach for one day because it’s 20 minutes with traffic. We rode a free shuttle/bus to the aquarium. The hotel and valet staff were all very kind and helpful. The room was adequate. I have to say that the mattresses were the worst I’ve ever slept on- confirmed by the two other people in my family. I understand firm- but this was like sleeping on the floor.
