The king suite room was big and spacious. Very clean and comfortable were the furnishings. The service was impeccable. I often acquire many rooms for my family when they are in town.

It was an Emergency trip due to a death in the family. I stayed one night no complaints. My only concern was that when I checked out there was no one at the desk and I waited about 5-7 minutes.

Gas leak had to evacuate. Returned and unable to open window, latch broken and front desk said the window couldn't be opened because it couldn't be closed...evidently latch was purposefully broken by staff. Elevator did not work on day of departure had to use stairs from 3rd floor with 3 children and luggage
