I rooms were very clean. All staff that we met were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast attendants were so kind. My family and I are looking foward to staying there again!!

Staff was great! Professional and very friendly. It was extremely noisy, babies crying, people yelling at 3a. The property was outdated. My friends room was literally falling apart to the point she ended up canceling and going to another hotel. It was dirty, stains on the sheets and furniture. Radiator cover was dangling off. The staff did accommodate her for the one night though. The shower curtains were falling apart. I wiped down the fridge, it had some left over food frozen to the shelves. Breakfast was not bad. My room was not too bad. After wiping everything down. It was suitable for the price

Front desk staff was absolutely amazing. Very welcoming and a fun friendly convo. Room was nice. But here’s where things fell apart. Back of the bathroom door looked like it was molded and painted over then the humidity of the shower made the paint run. It was gross. The toilet would run if not checked when flushed. The couch-like furniture looked it was used as a dog bed or worst. It was pretty dirty. And the biggest turn off was when I went to get into bed and flipped the comforter down. A baby roach ran across the sheets. It looked super young/small. I thought it was a bed bug at first. Where there is one baby there are 100s more. My wife thinks that maybe the melted door paint was from a bug bomb…

Check in was quick. Staff was super friendly!! Room was great. We stayed here as a halfway point on our trip to let the babies run free and get some rest. Convenient location for all we needed.
