The room was spacious and clean. It had a cozy homey feel to it. Comfortable bed. I slept like a baby. My highest recommendation

Every staff member greeting me every time I walked in or out. They all were incredibly helpful with everything and I felt I was just as important as anyone else. Smiles all the time and a warm safe feeling always. I will for sure only book at this hotel anytime I visit family. Thank you

The staff was very welcoming at check in. However, the sofa bed was filthy for my two boys to sleep on, and there were no bed clothes for it. The couch itself had spots all over it, the room smelled musty, and the fridge was not cold at all, even with adjusting the temperature. Also, there were not enough bathclothes and towels for my family of 5, and when I asked for more AND fresh towels, they said that we had to bring down the old cloths and towels in order to receive new ones. Lastly, they only gave me one pillow for the sofa bed, and didn't replenish us with new towels and washcloths. They did not take out the trash, so our room smelled horrible upon our return after 8 hrs. I called down to ask if someone could come and get the trash, but yh

Nice looking, room was cute. Brown sludge came out of the “kitchen sink” next to the coffee pot after we used it to get water to make coffee ( didn’t use it obviously) asked the front desk for bottled water and wouldn’t give any to make coffee. Booked through Expedia website so we would be able to quickly check in late at night with three kids under 7 and got confirmation email, when we got there the hotel had no record of our reservation and they say it happens all the time. Have to pay again and they made no effort to contact Expedia for us, had to take car of it ourselves the following morning while driving continuing our drive back to NY

We were in town for basic training graduation. We had some downtime and expected to let the kids swim. The pool was closed. There was no indication before notifying us the pool would be closed as this is an amenity we were looking for. Our room had no furniture other than beds. No chair to sit in and no chair at the desk. We had 1/2 roll of toilet paper upon arrival and the bathroom floors were quite dirty. The beds are VERY firm, uncomfortably firm. I’ve stayed at many hotels for less money that were much more accommodating.

Great overall experience here! The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable! My children really enjoyed the pool and complimentary breakfast!
