Hampton Inn Pawtucket

The customer service was good. Stacy at the front desk was very polite, and friendly. The room was okay. It provided what we needed for a last minute booking. The breakfast in the morning was a plus for my family. The hotel could use a little updating, but overall pretty good. Not having free WiFi was a downer.

The room was spacious. Large enough for a family of 3/4. It wasn’t super updated. Breakfast area is small and not enough seating for the size of the hotel. Very close - 1 mile - to a couple of vegan hotspots in town, including Garden Grill and Wild Flour. Some recycling receptacles, too, which was nice.

Very pleased with this hotel for a one day family get together.

Hampton Inn is a family-oriented Hotel it caters to family and Business types. We like the services and cleanliness of the hotel. Our first time with the Hampton Inn was in Montreal Canada and we have been in love with their service.

Visited with my family of 12 people, of all ages and we had a great time. The property was clean and the staff was beyond helpful. Courtney made our late check in smooth and Fatima was fantastic! She cleaned up my multi-date bookings when we spoke in advance over the phone and was even more pleasant in person. The older gentleman whose name I am sorry I don’t remember was also very good at his job. The breakfast options were great and the staff there kept everything neat and well stocked. Thank you everyone, we’ll be back soon!

We have a lot of criteria for when we stay at a hotel - pool hours, breakfast, nearby eateries, size of room etc - this hotel was an extra half hour drive but completely worth it!! The hotel was clean, people were terrific and this hotel made EVERYONE in my family happy and we will definitely stay there again!!! My husband liked the attached Irish Pub, I loved the pool (and early morning pool hours so i could swim and get some me time!!), the kids loved the pool and breakfast (the choices were fantastic - hot breakfast, cereal, oatmeal and WAFFLES!). We were very pleased with the hotel!!

Decent hotel, front desk clerk very helpful, that's where it began to fall apart. Room down from us was rented tons bunch of teenage girls, obnoxiously loud and running in and out all night along with music blaring. Several other guests had same complaints. Just a guess, but they knew the manager and got a room for free to party. Second issue was laundry. Another young guest just started drying and disappeared for God only knows. Alter 3 hours of waiting another guest said she would pull the out of the dryer. And there they stayed on counter till morning. At breakfast there was 4 different groups of families with different age groups for sports, several of them also had to deal with the girls and were not happy. For $175 a night, I would have expected better.

Pillows where terrible. Bed was hot like your wrapped in plastic... trash on elevators and stairs like no one cares. lots of children unattended in pool. breakfast not that good. place looked run down for only being 9 months old.
