They oversold the type of room we had booked so they had to put us in a room without enough beds for everyone. The room was not ready until 4 1/2 hours after check in. We had planned to take the kids swimming on the first night but it was their bedtime by the time we checked in. Everything else was fine, hotel was clean and comfortable.
