Beautiful hotel. My family stayed there for my mom’s funeral in West Middlesex. The location was convenient and the best hotel in that area. I have stayed there before and would do so in the future.

The property itself was absolutely beautiful and offered so many amenities. The bed, shower and wine frig in the room were great! It was our anniversary weekend and I had ordered wine cheese plate and chocolate plate to be put in our room. When we got to our room the wine was missing. We called down and they said they would bring a bottle up and we told them to make sure it was sweet wine. They brought up a dry wine. Then we went to eat in The wine cellar which was the atrium's food and the quality did not match the price of the food. My husband's pasta was like eating shoelaces. He couldn't finish it. The waitress asked if we wanted to charge it to our room and we said yes. After waiting a long time we finally were told that it wouldn't let us. Said that we needed to go up front and tell them to turn on the charging privileges which that should have been taken care of when we checked in when they took our credit card on file. The next morning we went to their boutique bought some jewelry and we're able to charge that to our room but then we went to the cigar lounge to buy something for a family member and he said that we weren't able to charge it to our room again. We went to the front desk and they told us that they were having technical difficulties and this happens sometimes and they would call me when it was fixed and I received no phone call the rest of the stay. I just expected more for what we paid to stay there.

Booked a Sunday night stay for myself and 2 girlfriends. Hotel and pool were very clean, And updated. The first day (Sunday) we ate lunch at our lounge chairs at the Roman bath, we ordered several appetizers and everything was delicious. Service at pool was very slow but it appeared that only had two servers. Went to the atrium restaurant for dinner, while there were only 4 or 5 other tables took almost an hour to get our food (lobster rolls, salad, onion rings). Hotel was very quiet and beds super comfy, we sleep like babies. Went for breakfast at atrium restaurant, sat at our table for about 10 minutes, several servers walked right past us before we asked if someone could take our order. Food came out rather quickly this time. Spend day at Avalon pool. Again, one or two serves walking around but nobody even made eye contact so we ended up ordering food/drinks from the bar. Overall, we loved The Grand Resort, just seems like a lot of young serves who just need coaching and maybe low on staff

The accommodations were great but the service in one of the restaurants atrium was horrible. We sat down placed our order and sat there for an hour before anyone acknowledged anything about our food. Another family came in and within 20-25 min they had their food and we didn’t get ours yet👀it really pissed us off. That’s when we spoke up about how long we were sitting there. They couldn’t even explain why they received their food before us. We didn’t eat on the resort again. We found a restaurant not too far down the road Yankee Kitchen awesome food awesome service and awesome people.

The staff is wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. Our whole family enjoyed their stay. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The beds were very comfortable and the whole property was very clean and newly updated.
