Elevator broken. Taking stairs with suitcase and children extremely difficult. There 6 days, no one came to look at elevator. Elderly put on 3rd floor. Staff usually in the back room…we had to call for help. Swimming pool had no access unless front desk walked us back. No monitoring, children with no supervision. Almost kid my child jumping in. I intervened.

Traveled with my three kids, husband and father in law. Got two rooms. When we got there, we were told the elevators are broken. I just had back surgery and was not able to lift, my father in law is old and can’t lift, my poor husband had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. Back and fourth. Up and down. We asked if there were rooms on the 1st floor and were told no. My father in law struggled to make it up The stairs as did I just having back surgery. The “free” breakfast we were offered expired yogurt. Dated back to first week of June and we stayed here end of June. Our shower was broken. Legitimately did not work, only the tub worked. The beds were comfortable and that’s about it .

Less than 100 yards from our hotel was a very unsafe, sketchy motel. Made us feel uneasy with our small children. However, our hotel was very clean and had nice amenities.

Bikers were blocking the entrance and had taken over the apron as their party spot. Complete with lawn chairs, speakers blaring music, alcohol and narcotics along with language. I refused to walk my small children thru that clown show. The elevator was also broken and we were on the 3rd floor. We canceled the reservation.

Facilities were clean room was clean and smelled good but when we tried to set up the pull out couch for my kids in our room it was moldy. I let the general manager know and sent him the pictures. He said he would let housekeeping know. Kids ended up sleeping with us in our bed and it wasnt as comfortable if they wouldve had ther own bed.

The room we had 232 had many issues. The toilet would fill up with water and then slowly drain, so if you had to move your bowels like unfortunately one of my children did it just sat there and never actually flushed. I even went down and got a plunger and tried to plunge it and still nothing. The shower had barely any water pressure, and the faucet handle did not work as it should. The a.c/heater also didn't work, or at least the fan on it didn't. It just made a motor like sound. I tried not to complain since we were only there two nights but the toilet pushed me over the edge. The second time I asked to the front desk I was offered a new room, which is nice however the bed spread had curly black hairs on the sheets. I doubt we'll be staying here again.

Perfect location for ease of highway access and quick trip downtown. Breakfast was just OK, but the rooms were large and clean, beds were comfortable. Great overnight stop on a family road trip.

The rooms were spacious and looked nice. Didn't like the small wattage bulbs everywhere. The shower looked great. It was a big walk in shower with no shower curtain. This would have been a nice feature if the main shower drain wasn't slow and/or partially plugged. The worst part of our stay was the crying babies next to us, After several hours my wife called the desk and they did relocate the other family. We felt like the Grinch, but perhaps management could ask the proper questions first to avoid this problem, or have adequate sound proofing in the facility.
