Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warminster - Horsham, an IHG Hotel

Great place and great stay for my family. We needed a quick replacement location as our first hotel selection wasn’t up to par. This hotel was perfect! The one thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars all around is the shower/tub in our room had a broken/rusted floor that was cracked the entire length of the tub. Hopefully that gets fixed soon.

Many options for breakfast, spacious room with pull out option was great for our family of 5.

The hotel it’s self Isn’t bad, could be better but isn’t bad. I would’ve enjoyed my stay if I would’ve got the room I paid for “ a suite” I checked in late at night with my family having two toddlers and we got the wrong room with just one bed. It was super inconvenient and they didn’t do nothing about it even though I paid for a suite and got a downgrade plus it was for a handicapped person. Also the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. So be careful booking through 3rd party because they will still take your money and not communicate it to you once you arrive.

This hotel overall, was great! Great pool and great breakfast buffet. However, I would recommend that the hotel look into updating the tub/shower. I am 5.5 months pregnant. Due to the narrowness of the tub where you stand to shower, along with the incline of the sides of the tub, there is limited flat surface to stand on. I slipped and fell only the edge of the tub, causing a massive hematoma to my right side. Luckily, I was able to avoid hitting my stomach flat on. The showers are not safe for anyone, especially people with balance issues, young children, pregnant and elderly. Huge safety concern.

I reserved a handicapped room at this location. Expecting that we would be arriving late, I called to ask them to assure that they held our handicapped room, since I've had them given to other customers in the past at other hotels. I was given the email address of a woman, I thought was the owner or manager. I emailed her & explained our late arrival& my needs which included that I could use a room with a tub, as long as it had a shower seat & handheld shower. She confirmed my request. This was a couple of months before our stay. We ended up arriving earlier than expected on our reserved ate. We were told that I had not reserved a handicapped accessible room. I said that I had & explained the above. They were able to find a shower seat for use in the tub, which would have been okay, except that the tub didn't have a handheld shower. The people at the front desk were nice & tried to be helpful, but they gave away the room I'd reserved even though we'd arrived much earlier than expected. The stay here was not cheap & I was bothered that even though I'd gone to the extra trouble of calling & emailing, still my room was not held. The room itself was nice & quite roomy, but it didn't have all of the accommodations that I needed. I doubt we'll ever stay here again since my reservation wasn't honored, in spite of the extra efforts I'd made. There was no soundproofing. Screaming kids running the halls, doors slamming & cold, preformed omelets rounded out the unpleasant stay.

This worked for what our family needed in a pinch. Free breakfast was good, lots of options, everyone was happy. The pool area was just OK. The first day we found dirty socks at the bottom of the pool and the next day the hot tub was filthy and “closed” and the pool had a gross film covering the top so we opted out of swimming there. Staff was friendly and accommodating!

I stayed here with my family after spending the day in the area. We were able to spend the afternoon enjoying the pool on a rainy day. The staff was really pleasant but we a little understaffed and could have used another person to help. We had a great stay.

We loved this hotel! Super clean and well cared for. Breakfast was amazing with many options. Our room was fantastic. It was exactly what we needed for our stay. This is a lovely hotel ansi would definitely stay here again with my family! The only thing I was unhappy about was that every night we stayed there were several trucks in the parking lot, parked sideways across every spot in the back row. This is a small parking lot with just 1 row of spots along the back of the building and 1 row of spots across from that. That’s it. The trucks made parking hard as well as that they should have been parked somewhere else. There were serval empty office buildings surrounding the hotel and a Costco next door-plenty of parking for trucks.

This is easily the worst hotel experience we've had over the years. Upon checking in and entering our room, the first thing to greet us was a tiny roach in the kitchenette sink. Kids and I freaked out and we got a different room. The second room was clean, but before we were even able to go in, a large group of guests swarmed in into the room next door, laughing and yelling loudly - mind you it was about 11:15pm. We asked the front desk if anything could be done, and they very nicely offered us a different room, again. So at 11:30 we finally got into a clean and quiet room, settling in with two little ones... Next day we headed to the pool only to find out the main poor was not properly heated, my son jumped in and almost turned blue. So we decided to give the hot tub a shot - could not even step my feet in, as the tub was FILTHY. Thick white foam with a layer of yellow-brownish dirt flipping on, gross! Then it got worse. When we returned to our room that evening, it seems a party has started in the room next door. Through the rest of the night till after 1am, we can hear constant commotion with the loud banging on the door, door smashing, shouting in the hall way, running around. The worst part, our room started having nasty weed smell late into the night. We called the front desk about this, but the smell remained for hours and made us really sick. Most staff were friendly, but this place really needs better management. Never again!

We ran out of toilet paper and needed towels. We called the front desk were told they were going to bring it. We waited and waited 2 hr and half pass by no lie and nothing. Waited a lil more and nothing. Called down stairs just to find out the guy took the towels to the wrong room and now it’s our responsibility to take the dirty towels and down and go get clean ones. I told him I called almost three hrs ago I have lil kids (babies) who are asleep. That was not right and not our fought we told him our room number and been waiting for so long. He did not care and said to come down if we need toilet paper and clean towels nothing he can do
