Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Warrington Horsham

The room was a good size, but the pool was small, cold and salt water so be sure to bring goggles for kids. The breakfast was very picked over - They ran out of eggs and waffle batter. Very walkable area, restaurants close by for lunch/dinner.

We really enjoy this hotel. This is our second Christmas staying here, and could see this becoming a tradition! It’s close to family, pet friendly, and we were served a different breakfast every day during our stay— what more could we ask for? It was so nice having an indoor pool onsite, even though it was closed on our last day for maintenance. The rooms are clean and comfortable; this year I noticed some markings on the walls that could stand to be wiped (I didn’t have the resources to do it myself) but otherwise the hotel feels very safe and clean. See you again next Christmas! Also- when I was walking the dogs, I noticed laundry lint building up in the back yard area. It got denser during our stay. Might be time to clean those air filters from the laundry room!

Was a nice experience and time away from our kids. Only issue shower leaked onto the floor.

I have been staying at this hotel for a while due to family visits. During the last two or three stays, and especially this one and the one before, staff at the front desk was rude and unprofessional... also other customers in the lobby in front of the frontdesk and breakfast area, were literally cursing their lungs out and shouting as though they owned the hotel, and the frontdesk staff did nothing about it. When I asked for my receipt to be printed the lady at the front desk got upset at my request... it felt as though she was doing me a favor by talking to me at all!

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was below standard. The first morning the oatmeal was great and the eggs beyond tasteless. The second morning the oatmeal was half cooked and the eggs just okay. The rest of the breakfast offerings were just okay. It would be nice if you added boiled eggs as an alternative. At check in some family members commented that the manager kept giving them unwelcoming looks and I saw this as well. The gentleman on duty around midnight on Thursday June 9 into June 10. Maybe because we were checking in late? Overall, our stay was pleasant and if they upgrade the breakfast we will be happy to pick this hotel again.
