Definitely would stay again. Nice room. Good size especially since I was traveling with a baby. She was able to roam around after being in the car for so long. Only thing i had an issue with is the one elevator. I would have expected at least one more for the size of the place. Little time consuming. But thats really it.

Hotel was very clean and convenient to Keswick Theater. Room was spacious. We would definately stay there again and recommend to family and friends.

Double bed room was sold out, I acomodate all my family in a single bed room.

The gentleman that checked me in was welcoming and efficient. In regard to the property it’s surprising that Marriott has their name on the side of this building! I stay in hotels 100 days a year and the interior doesn’t match a Marriott prestigious name! The interior of the hotel especially my room was filthy and old! I can’t believe you would have the old hard plastic cheap shower curtain from the 80’s hotels. I don’t believe this is a staffing issue but I believe the management has left the staff! Marriott You can do better than this. God forbid I had kids because the carpet was a disgusting! Sorry, don’t normally leave these type of reviews but this Hotel needs attention! So ignore the pictures. Thank you! Frequent traveler

We were in town for my dad’s funeral and I recommended the property to several family members. Dated and in need of facelift- our room was not cleaned

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I was sitting on the sofa when two mice decided to come until the door. I called the front desk & was offered to change rooms. I changed rooms three times & the last room, I stuff towels until the door just in case. I spoke with the supposed to be supervisor at the times & was only offered $50 refund after staying for four days. What kind of person would offer only $50 after that experience especially because I had my four grandchildren with me. They come home and tells the entire family that we stayed in a hotel that had mice. How embarrassing. I asked for a higher level of management but was told that he was too busy to speak with me. How ruled. I left disappointed and totally upset that they didn’t have the decency to face me about the mice infestation. Warning don’t stay at this hotel.

I called a head of time for the pool they said it will be open then when I got there no pool it was my daughter 9 birthday party so my hold group got a hotel but the kids had nothing to do and when we was having a party which the hotel knew about they then said it’s to loud then called the cop on my party I didn’t have no clean rags

We had 2 mice in our room we had to run out !!!! We should have gotten a refund Also there were children running through the hallway at 10 at night

During check in it was long line , and no one told us there is no room service unless we request one day ahead . 2nd day morning we called front desk requesting for room service, the person at front said we need to call them one day ahead !!!! And denied to clean the room . We requested we have a baby with us , but no one helped . He said they will clean up the room next day !!! Then 3rd day we found the cleaning people while we are leaving for outside activities and requested for cleaning the trashes in our room. And guess what, We returned to room around 10 pm and found no one came to clean up!! Notified front desk right away and the person only said sorry !! We spend our money for 3 nights without any room service and slept with all garbages, and we had a 7 months old with us ! Horrible experience in my entire life of traveling !!
