Towneplace Suites by Marriott Horsham

Extremely comfortable 2-bedroom suite for our family stay after a day at Sesame Place. It is a little further away, but the price makes the drive worth it. We were even supplied with two cribs, per our request. It was only a one night stay, but could’ve easily stayed there for a week with all the space.

The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was a disappointment because there wasn't much of a selection. Our family stayed in 2 rooms and both rooms had TV problems. The nighttime staff couldn't fix the TV issues.

We loved our stay. It was our second time back for our annual trip and we will be back again next year. The baby equipment that we were able to borrow was so helpful and the late night front desk (Fernanda?) was so pleasant and went out of her way to make our stay better. Thank you!

The manager seemed to only care about certain customers. I was in line and customers before me she was welcoming and very attentive. My turn she just checked me in and gave me a key. She also gave me a room with a faulty lock. The lock didn't work properly and she didn't offer a discount. Also our neighbors over top of our room was thumping and jumping the entire time. It felt like they allowed their kids to run from room to room. So not a lot of sleep. Also my room was next to the trash room so we had the unpleasant odor of trash coming under our door. By the way our door had about an 1 1/2 inches underneath so I didn't feel safe my entire week. The only nice thing that happened was when I checked out, Janice was at the desk. I told her my issues, she was extremely apologetic and gave me a discount. But I definitely would not stay there again.
