Our receptionist was amazing! She helped my wife and I find a comfortable room for our honeymoon because we had to get our two young children earlier than we planned. Jamila R went above and beyond for us, by giving us a gift for being newlyweds. She made sure we were well accommodated during our stay.

Amazing location for PNC Park activities. Nice clean room that our family of four that includes two teens could share comfortably. Highly recommend!!

Location was what interested us about this hotel. We had tickets to the Pirates game and there it was. The front desk costumer service was lacking at check in. I was made to feel as if my checking in was an inconvenience. The room layout was good, but the tub stop was broken (which made it hard to bath kiddos), the air conditioning sounded like an airplane was flying overhead, and half the lights didn’t turn on. Tomeka was great at breakfast, which tipped the scale back into a neutral spot.

My family met up with some friends to attend a Pirates game. We spent two nights at the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We loved our room and the location was perfect to walk wherever we needed to go. We were especially thankful for Timika with the breakfast staff and she was just amazing with my son and made it an awesome experience for him. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Initially I made reservations for three rooms which were to be near each other. When we arrive 2 rooms were on one floor and the other on another. The staff attempted to accommodate me and my family member. When we arrived to the room it was cold. When we changed the temp in the room we notice the system took a bit of time to warm the room. When I check the air for warmth I noticed the vent on the right side was severely clogged with dust. When we went out that evening we advised the staff of that issue and a light being out at the other end of the hal where the rest of my family was. No rep came to replace the light or a maintenance representative come for the heating/air conditioning system to clean it. The Rate of service is base on those concerns not being addressed. The air quality in the room was affected by the dirty vent. I ended up sick for 2weeks with a respiratory issue when I returned home.

We have stayed here 2x prior to this stay. This time, we arrived and the system was down and we could not check in. That is life, and wasn't a huge issue - we ate and came back and finally after an hour and half the system was up and our room available. However, our bathroom was falling apart - the shower rod was half on the wall and half off - looked like someone tried to pull it off the wall....the shower nozzle was also half off the wall. We had no extra sheets in the room or pillows for the pull-out sofa, which we had hoped to use (had to call down the second day). No one cleaned our room for the entire 2 nights we stayed - we needed to call for extra towels - and we have 2 young kids and need to have the trash at least emptied - ended up having to empty it in the hallway just to make the room decent. The largest issue was that the pool had NO heater in service - so the water was ice cold/frigid. My son couldn't use the pool - which was a huge reason we chose this hotel. Anytime we asked the staff about something they just shrugged their heads and had no idea about anything - no idea when system would be fixed, no idea about why the room wasn't changed, no idea about the pool's heater, etc. This is the last time we will stay at this hotel. Which is upsetting - we almost asked for a refund and switched hotels at the end of night one but it was too much packing up for our two young kids.

We booked this hotel because of its location across from PNC Park. The location is great. The hotel was clean. There was no hospitality at all. The person who checked us in was so busy talking to the other workers that she couldn't remember the answers I gave to her questions. We had no idea how anything worked (parking lot, times for breakfast, etc). The pool was closed unexpectedly and while things happen they offered nothing to the families that got screwed out of it (I mean coupons or drink tickets at the hotel restaurant, something!). The breakfast had ONE egg station, ONE meat station and no bread at all (not even a spot for it) for a 10 story building. Several things in our room were broken and we had only a single wash cloth. Bottom line is that the location is wonderful and the room was clean and they don't care about you at all. If you are ok with that, then stay here. If you expect a little something more for the money then choose one of the hotels within a few blocks.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The staff was great! Our room could have been cleaner and larger for a suite but we had a good time.
