Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pittsburgh North Shore, an IHG Hotel

Great space in our room for our family of five.

Just finished a family 8 day road trip and this hotel was by far the best!!

Good place for family

iIt is a good place to stay to visit the city alone or with family.

This was a great place to stay. Nice and close to activities and transportation in to the city was super easy. Room was great and fit our family of 5 perfectly. The staff was AMAZING!

Great location, very clean, small but fun swimming pool. Traveled with family and had a great time in Pittsburgh! Hotel exceeded expectations.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with my family and my son woke up with at least 20 bed bug bites after sleeping on the sofa bed!! I Have reached out to IHG and the hotel for assistance but have received 0 feedback and no response. This lack of quality and safety care is honestly unacceptable, and no guest should have their vacation ruined like this. This has negatively impacted my and my family's perception of IHG hotels.

This hotel is VERY family friendly. If you have kids, it’s the right spot for you. If not, stay away. There were tons of rambunctious kids running around, yelling and screaming in the lobby at all hours, making it impossible to do any sort of work in the tables provided. The noise carried on into the rooms as well. The breakfast bar was always empty and the food was pretty low quality as well. Eggs were very watery and fruit was rotten. There were hardly any options because the food was not replenished in a timely manner. As a solo, business traveler, i would definitely not stay again.

Our stay was full of disappointments. We went up for a wrestling tournament and the day of they called and cancelled one of our other team members rooms so they had to bunk with us. We arrived at the hotel and had to leave 100 deposit to park when we were told only $25, yes we get it back but not for 7 days!, then we get up to room to find out they have us the wrong room, I booked at double bed room and was given a single bed room and pull out couch ( which cost less than the room I paid for and I wasn’t given a reimbursement) I told the clerk and the reply was we don’t have any other rooms what can we do about it. There was no bedding for the pull out couch so I had to go down and get it. We booked this hotel for the pool which they kicked everyone out of and closed it 10 minutes after we got there and said oh well some kid got hurt so they aren’t letting anyone in now. The tv was stuck in super loud volume and wouldn’t change so we didn’t even get to watch that. At breakfast the next morning we came down at 8:30 and almost everything was gone and we were told too many people in the hotel and they weren’t refilling it so no hot breakfast, staff kept yelling at each other during our stay too it was terrible

The pool was freezing which was one of reasons we chose the hotel so our kids could swim during down time. Continental breakfast wasn't good wasn't expecting anything great bit was still disappointed
