Great place! Bed is comfortable, room is well appointed and clean, the shower is fabulous. The only downside is the ambient noise from neighbors. The soundproofing is poor and our neighbors kids were having a blast on one side and the other side listens to the TV at a ridiculous volume. We ran the dishwasher and the laundry to help drown out the noise. Other than that, location is perfect if you want to be downtown.

Our family of four, with two teenage boys, really enjoyed our stay at Etage. We were happy having two separate bedrooms and a kitchen for breakfast. The boys loved the basketball court and the gym downstairs. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay again!

This suite was perfect for our family's needs. The hotel is conveniently located and offers some great amenities. Our only real disappointment was the fact the rooftop area closes at 9pm. It's such a cool space, and we wanted to enjoy it longer than we were able!

Took the family up to Pittsburg for a concert. Hotel is in a great location. Only less than 5 minutes walk to Heinz Hall and Market Square. I was disappointed that coffee maker was available but NO coffee pot. Also only DECAF coffee were provided.

The room was very up to date, modern and chic. Felt very comfortable and at home. The city view was great to wake up to. Check in and out was quick and easy, the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location! Was visiting family in PGH and was a great central place to stay....lots of space with a great view and great rooftop area. Sow if the dishes had not been cleaned when we arrived, but otherwise we loved it and the staff was very friendly.

Great hotel for families. It is not Ritz but excellent. I had a corner 2 bedroom. The shades do not seal., but they can darken the windows. Lots of windows and great views. There are street noises.

We chose this hotel because the rooms are large, include kitchens, bedrooms and floor to ceiling windows along with a great games room and amazing rooftop basketball court. It was also very close to the stadiums and hockey rink. Perfect location. Staff weren't the warmest to children playing in the games room without an adult present. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived and then was suddenly changed to a different floor hours later. We would absolutely stay there again.
