We arrived on a very busy day (July 4) but the staff member at the check-in desk did an excellent job getting people checked in while being extremely patient and courteous. The room exceeded our expectations and the location could not be better. We wished we had stayed longer here. Our family will be back!

The pool was only working the night we arrive then was shut down the remainder of the stay. There was a really rude gentleman who was a staff member during breakfast he was unprofessional and arrogant. While both bathrooms/ showers were being utilized the breaker blew and we had to call the front desk. Maintenance showed up and switched it back on, he was decent. The front desk staff were amazing, very friendly and quick to answer any questions we had. They even directed the kids to another hotel to swim at for an hour

Called ahead to make sure pool was open. After checking in, discovered pool was not open. Very disappointing with kids on spring break.

The only reason I booked the room was so my kids could swim but the pool was closed. They said we could swim in the next hotels pool but then changed their mind for some reason. My little one cried his eyes out. They said they could not give me a discounted stay or refund because I booked through you guys. I'm usually not one to complain but it was a terrible experience.

Amazing staff and location. Unfortunately we had a couple fighting and baby crying all night. Hallway reeked of Marijuana. If not for convenience we would not book again

Front desk was phenomenal!!! Present them with an issue and they provide solutions not excuses. Had a junior suite and it was better than expected. The breakfast was outrageously good. Housekeeping was wonderful, respectful and helpful. Sound proof walls, hallways were clean and smelled wonderful. To all the karens.... dont come to establishment because there is nothing you can complain about :)

We arrived early so kids were able to swim while we waited on the room! Great 2BR, 2 Bath, full kitchen. Plenty of room for all of us! Will be staying again!

Pros: 5 minute walk to Acrisure Stadium; staff is very helpful and kind; breakfast when fully stocked is very good Cons: Bed was uncomfortable, pullout bed was unusable (kid slept on the couch instead); shades do not cover entirety of window in any of the rooms so bright in the morning; closet door was off the rail so we couldn't close it; breakfast had no waffle mix our second day; shower had zero water pressure. I paid a HUGE premium to stay here since Taylor Swift was in town ($400 a day). The location is great if you're going to a concert but I would never ever pay this kind of money for this hotel normally. Even with the location to the concert, I feel rather ripped off given the condition of the room. Staff was amazing though.
