Lack of towels in the room. (2 for 2 adults & 2children) coffee & supplies were also lacking.

My kids and I stayed overnight on our return from a business trip. Everyone was friendly, but Diane was especially welcoming. She took care of us at breakfast and made us feel like visiting family instead of random travelers. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms spacious and beds very comfortable. Nice lounge/courtyard area to gather and hangout with family. Only complaint is noise level - could hear a lot of noise coming from the lounge area 3 floors up in our room. Ample free self-parking. Great location near lots of stores and restaurants.
