Overall the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable although the bed was a little hard and the shower didn’t have much water pressure. But overall my family would stay there again

Hotel room was pretty dirty. There was a dried blood stain on the shower curtain and dirt built up in every corner. There were a couple hockey teams spending the weekend while we were there. Parents and hotel staff allowed the kids to run up and down the hallways, slamming doors and screaming, until 1AM. I purposely chose this hotel because of the higher prices, thinking that it would equate to quality, but was very wrong.

We stay ALOT of places and this experience was by far the worst! When we first got there, we needed extra linens. So we had to to call down to the front desk using our cell phone because the phone in our room was broke. We were told we had to come down and get them OURSELVES! I was awoke at 5am by someone's dog barking they left in their room to go to their car. The sheets and blankets were stained (I hope). The showers are NOT child friendly. Housekeeping never refreshed our room the whole weekend 😒 The pool was big enough to fit 2-3 families at MOST. Most hotels have microwaves, this did not. I assumed with the price we payed it would. For $150 a night, it was just disappointing, something I'd expect from a cheap motel

Every thing inside room was clean and nice. No bugs as seen on reviews during second night we did get waken up by kids playing and running in hallway we did not complain but it was not quiet. Overall we would stay again. Very nice hotel for price.
