I used to use this place when it was a Hyatt. They remodeled to remove the really nice hot breakfast. They changed the rooms to allow for small fridges and a small electric cooktop. The problem with those changes is that they didn't provide anyone with pans, cups, plates or silverware to use these things. Also, there was a bit of a funky smell throughout. Also there were large families that had a grill out back and were partying until 4am. Honestly, I love the pool, but otherwise would probably not use this place again. At least they only clean the rooms once a week with this new management, right?

The condition of the hotel was decent. However, it is clear that is was renovated and there were a few wrinkles (scratches on furniture finishes). Our family was able to rest in comfort for an affordable price. This hotel is best suited for those who need somewhere to stay for a couple of days in a pinch.

The experience overall was crap. We booked this place expecting our kids would be able to swim. Website not updated and found out pool was closed for rest of the month for broken pipe. So opted to watch tv, no remote. Get remote from lobby and get all the way back to the room only to find out there are no batteries in the remote so had to go all the way back to the desk. Woke up expecting a healthy breakfast as advertised on your website with eggs, fruit and other items that looked good only to go to the lobby and found all that was being served was an oatmeal packet and a cup to put hot water in to make the oatmeal. Overall terrible experience. Will not be staying at this hotel chain again and will not be recommending this to friends and family

The room was very clean. Property/hallways were mostly clean. What was really lacking were the amenities. No phone or coffee maker in the room or available. Out of travel toiletries. No plates or utensils at all upon request as advertised for cooking. We have a large family and book these suites to save money and often bring or buy our own food to cook. Overall, clean but a bit disappointing on the basics.

Extremely affordable. Only 1 elevator working…inconvenient. Pool was not open…at all! No mention of this at all on website and we were only made aware upon check in. By then it was too late to cancel reservation! Huge disappointment to our kids.

Not worth 150 a night! The only thing we loved was the room was big and spacious! Overall it was dirty. There was garbage still in can, crusty stuff on walls, half the lights in room didn't work, breakfast only had coffee and yogurt (no kid friendly beverages) and our neighbors had bed bugs....

This was an okay option for an overnight stay as we drove across the country. I chose it because it had a room that could accommodate my family of six and it had a pool to make the kids happy after a long day in the car. In my opinion, the hotel seemed understaffed. The front desk attendant was nice but seemed to be a little harried and there were times where there was a decent line at the desk waiting to be checked in or receive some other service. The elevators are terribly slow and at one point we were stuck in one for 5 minutes. Rang the bell repeatedly and finally got unstuck. We took the stairs after that. The room was okay. Beds were soft. Bathroom appeared clean but there was a wrapper from soap left on the floor from a previous guest. The pull out sofa bed had crumbs in it and the cushions appeared to have some stains. There were not linens in the closet for that pullout bed so we had to request them and I was a little surprised that the desk attendant just handed them to me, rather than sending housekeeping up. The pool was okay. In my experience, kids are rarely picky about pools, but I saw some hair floating in it and I wonder how often it is cleaned and attended to. Breakfast is truly spartan and grab-and-go. This is not a place where you can make your own waffles, etc. It's granola bars and yogurt. I didn't bother with it but the kids had a little something before we hit the road again. It was convenient but I don't think we'll stay here again.

The hotel smell really bad like cat pee. I picked this hotel because it had a indoor pool and the pool was cold and we could not swim and my kids was not happy about it. I wasted my money on this hotel.

We stayed 2 nights with 2 young granddaughters. Room is spacious, clean, comfortable, convenient. We didn’t use the kitchen but did report to the front desk that plumbing under sink was disconnected. Breakfast was skimpy and yogurt was gone shortly after breakfast started. We went to Eat n Park nearby. There was also an alarm clock that didn’t work (rm 316). Pool for kids was good. We would stay here again
