Arrived for one night stay while traveling. Upon arrival no one was at the front desk. I had to knock and wait about 10 min for someone to come out and check me in. Received my room and upon entering the room it really had a musty damp smell. So I went back to the front desk and explained the smell and asked for a new room. I was given the room right next door and it definitely smelled clean and much better. The stay was very good and quiet. It allowed to rest well before continuing my road trip. The breakfast is as fine the usual waffle maker, oatmeal, fruit cereal, bagels and pastry, eggs and sausage Coffee Milk and juice. The bed was amazing! I slept like a baby! I would stay there again for sure!

This is one of the bet motels to stay. The staff made you feel at home, and part of their family. The prices were reasonable. The continental breakfast had a great variety of selection. Excellent wifi and television programs. THANK YOU CLARION INN!

Got two hours of sleep then woke up because kids were jumping on the bed above us at 1:00 a.m. left the hotel at 2:30 a.m. cause we couldn’t sleep.

This property was a great location and clean. My only concern is the staff the first night I was there was behind closed doors gossiping and talking loudly with profanity that many people can hear. Many people including me had to yell just for them to come our of the closed door, to quickly retreat and continue talking when done. The workers were friendly, but not available and talking inappropriately where young kids can hear them.

My husband & I were visiting from Colorado for a wedding and we were extremely happy with our choice at staying at this hotel. The original hotel we booked other family members were staying at in Pittsburgh had to pay for breakfast, parking, everything.they got majorly ripped off, I was happy I didn’t because I looked around and found this place. It was clean, the staff was very friendly and I loved the continental breakfast they had as well. Would absolutely recommend.

booked 2 rooms for 2 families and check-in was quick. but one of the room was smelly. We wanted to have hot water to drink at night time and asked the front office. She said 15 mins and said its ready. But it was not even warm. Next day, the another staff was kind of rude and not even responding during the breakfast time.

The staff here is so helpful and nice. We travel with a wheelchair bound child and dogs (one of which is 150 lbs). This is our go-to spot for trips to visit family in Pittsburgh. They always are do their best to accommodate our special circumstances. Definitely recommend
