Such a hidden gem! Room was perfect for our family. Wish we could've stayed a week!

Our stay was just ok. Service was requested due to being placed in wheel-chair accessible room. The bathroom flooded and we had to place towels all over to soak it up. I requested house keeping to come in and replace towels at 8am. When we returned at 9:30PM know one had come by and I had to go ask the front desk for additional towels. At 11:30pm the room above use came alive with what we were told were children. They were slamming doors, screaming, jumping, and who knows what else. I went to the front desk and was assured they would say something. took over 35min for them to calm down. Hotel was clean, however they seemed understaffed.

I arrived at 6:20pm to check in and the room wasn't ready. I waited with my kid in the lobby for just under an hour. The staff member was apologetic and said they were short staffed in housekeeping, but it was irritating. The hotel was noisy.

Room was spotless clean (and I am super picky about my hotels but this one meets my cleanliness standards)…whole hotel actually was. Customer service was friendly. Free breakfast was a bonus. All around a wonderful hotel! Our go-to hotel when we come back to visit friends and family.

When we first arrived the front desk staff were rude and barely came out of the back. They didn’t tell us that we needed to put the key in for the lights to turn on. Room did not get cleaned in the 3 nights we were there. They said they only clean the room or change sheets/bring towels after a 5 night stay. Very disappointing and gross. Sheets smelled of sweat. Could hear through walls baby crying next door. 3 sleepless nights.

The hotel was relatively new and clean. They offered a good breakfast. The pool was small, and with the number of people using it, could have been larger. There were NO towels at the pool when we got there. Because we had two children with us, we could have used a couple of extra pillows in the room. But, overall, it was a good place to stay!
