I like the convenient location. They are remodeling, and they need to. Staff friendly & helpful. There is a very nice children's playground behind the building that would be great for young families.

The pictures on expedia were definitely not from the nearest decade. We had to stay in an alternate building, which was filthy. The door was broken and had to be slammed multiple times to close. There was no elevator-which made it difficult with two small children and bags, and the poor girl working there alone was running in ten directions to take care of things. There were no linens in the room for the pullout couch for the kids, and the floors and stairs were gross. We understand the age of no help out there, but this was unacceptable. Took my younger experiences of a best western and put them in the toilet. No stars from us.

The shower in the accessible room 100 is made for 5' people. The shower head should have been put in the wallpaper area because it has a hand wand as well. Other than that it's a great place. Best playground for kids ever!
