AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - SCAMMERS - I booked this hotel during a road trip from New England to Indiana through Hotels.com. i reserved and paid for a pet friendly room for 2 adults and 2 kids. When I arrived, I was told that I had been assigned a jacuzzi room that was not pet friendly and would not work for 2 adults and 2 kids. The desk staff would not put me in another room without paying them directly with my credit card. They told me it was a problem with Hotels.com and I would have to cancel with them. I have gone back and forth with Hotels.com and the hotel directly. Nobody has refunded me for the extra payment. This place is a scam. Stay away.

Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Easy to get to. Breakfast was not the best. Only hot food was waffles. Bright side was a family restaurant across the street.
