The front desk was very helpful. I really liked the 24 hour coffee service, my kids could get decaf mochas! Enjoyed the extras like organic bath products also.

A new hotel with very comfortable bedding and decorated thoughtfully. The walk in shower was very nice. The staff were all attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, our room upon check in did not have a working TV. The manager tried to correct the issue without success. We were then moved to a lesser quality room, without being offered a partial refund. After expressing our disappointment, we were moved to a better room. Overall the staff cared about making it right and treated us respectfully and kindly. Best Western has always been a firm favourite for our family whenever we travel. This experience hasn't changed that.

We were very impressed for our two-night stay here for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool and the room was very spacious and clean! We wish the breakfast area wouldn’t have been quite as congested as it was, but overall we still very much think this hotel deserves a 10/10 rating.

Overall a good place to stay overnight as our family roadtripped. The hotel is near lots of stores and restaurants. The one downside was breakfast which was pretty basic.

Great hotel in a very nice area. 5 minute walk to UPMC Lemieux Ice Rink. 5 to 6 restaurants across the street from BW hotel. 6 day 5 night stay with a family of 4. Will definitely be back to Cranberry Township PA and would stay at this Best Western Plus again without hesitation

It was good other than a group of adults lounging and drinking outside by the entrance. Their children were running around the park lot as if it were a playground while the adults drank. It was difficult having to negotiate around them while coming and going from the hotel

Spent the Easter weekend here to visit family. Front desk employees were always friendly & engaged. Rooms & public areas very clean. Breakfast selections decent…some hot & some grab & go. Lots of towels in the room & staff very responsive to restock needs. Will stay again!

The lobby reeked of weed when we checked in, even my kids noticed there was a smell. Thankfully our room was fine. Room was nice, beds need some updating. The kids enjoyed the pool, and Breakfast was good. The coffee machine was a nice touch.
