Friendly & helpful staff, clean & comfortable room, smart tv, warm pool, quiet and great hot complimentary breakfast. My children loved it! Happy kids; happy life! lol

Simple, clean, good breakfast. The kids enjoyed heated pool, also it was nice to walk on heated floors aound the pool and the sauna was a big .

Great family hotel, heated pool, hot breakfast, good price, close to I 80 western Poconos.

From the time we stepped in to the minute we walked out, the staff was friendly and helpful. The entire place was clean including the breakfast area. Everything was well organized. A very pleasant stay with the family. The only downside was that our AC was a bit tricky to set and affected the room temp.

I always like staying at the Best Western. I come there about every 6 months or so. The staff is always so pleasant. My grandkids love the pool. Breakfast is always a bonus.

Third year in a row here as it is 7 minutes from Jack Frost and has a solid pool for kids. Staff are nice, everything is clean, decent free breakfast before riding the mountain. Everything you could want for a weekend family jaunt at a reasonable price.

During our 3 night stay it was quiet and clean. They offer a free breakfast which we only ate once. It’s free so don’t expect much eggs were cold and you can make your waffles which were pretty good. Go to piggy’s down the road for a delicious breakfast. Staff was very unaccommodating I must say. During our check in we were denied access to the pool. We arrived at noon and thought hotel would hold our luggage which most do and let us use the pool until our room was ready. I was told we can’t use the pool until you are checked into facility. Maybe if I was a large family with kids maybe. But it was just my wife and I aged 50/54. Having traveled to 46 countries and all over the US this was the first time I was ever denied this request. My wife & I have always been able to use the pool when waiting for our rooms to be ready. Also as a manager of a 5 star hotel I have never denied this request. Because of logistics I had booked this hotel. Great location.

For the family trip, it was very good and my son 💙 that who is 10 years old. One thing i suggesting that little early open pool need i.

This was the second time we have stayed at this best western & it has been great both times! The front desk staff are extremely kind and helpful. They have snacks you can purchase at the front desk and 24 hour free coffee & tea, and continental breakfast! Hotel is pet friendly if you need to bring your fur baby along! The hotel is extremely clean! It smells clean inside and we saw workers actively cleaning & disinfecting various parts of the hotel multiple times during our stay! We will definitely be back!
