Unsupervised kids running in the hallway and slamming doors and making a lot of noise until 11pm or later.

Enter hotel was a giant St Patricks Day party. The hotel was literally Animal House. Someone rented nearly 50 rooms to a group that took over the hotel. I rented 2 rooms for my family and the noise and partying was unbearable. We packed up and demanded our money back. The hotel manager refunded my money and we had no choice but to drive home. Manager did a great job trying to deal with this situation but someone but Country Inns reputation at major risk but accepting such a group on St Patrick day weekend!

I’ve stayed here with the family a few times for ski weekends to the nearby mountain. Solid mid range hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Good indoor pool for the kids. Free breakfast is nice too.

This is our 2nd time staying here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean, the carpet was a little stained, but more importantly, the room and bathroom were very clean. The free breakfast has a lot of options, even a carry-out bag if you can't stay. The pool and hot tub were clean, with plenty of towels. There was a fire pit buring each night in the front patio area, but we were too tired to sit out there. Free cookies are always a plus for the whole family. Location is reasonalble to all area attractions, and right next to the turn pike entrance.

Pros: The surrounding area is beautiful and I felt safe.
The pool and hot tub area is nice, clean, and well kept, and pool hours allowed for maximum pool/hot tub time.
Bathrooms were clean. Coffee was good.
Cons: When we arrived, there were goldfish cheese crackers under the phone, under the bed, on top of the wall decorations, and basically everywhere. The room wasn't cleaned very well prior to arrival. Housekeeping never bothered to make the beds. I stayed an entire week. I've never stayed in a hotel where house keeping doesn't bother to make the beds. I left a small amount of cash in the room and it went missing. The AC units never achieve the desired temperature. The air in the elevator was always hot. The hallways use window units that freeze up, and the hallway gets hot. Window unit cases were left open to thaw and could have presented a hazard to small children in the hallway. Continental breakfast is belgian waffles, overcooked eggs, bacon, microwavable sausage biscuits, bagles, toast, coffee, juice, yogurt, unripened fruit. Middle of the road at best for continental breakfast. No restaurants nearby open past 8 or 9 pm. Water was shut off for five hours on one occasion.
