Hot water didn't get hot reported 2x no fix went to families house to take showers. Then they charged us $3 a night to park which i never new about the lady said it started in November. I told her we were here for 4nights in November and we weren't charged. Not happy with this experience don't think we will stay any more and we usually visit 12 times a year. Sad

The pool is cold. We would have enjoyed using it with the kids. The breakfast was nice, but the water is brown

The hotel and room were clean but there were a bunch of kids there who kept running the halls and stairwell.The pillows were really flat. We ended up buying pillows at Walmart to help us sleep.

The hotel looks fine, but the rooms are not insulated to keep out noise. Every time the elevator came to our floor it gave a loud chime that was audible inside rooms halfway down the hall. Sound from adjacent rooms sounded like they were in our room. Worst of all, the hotel was filled with Little League baseball players who spent the entire evening running down the halls and shouting -- from early evening until after midnight. The front desk staff seemed unwilling or unable to stop the unruly kids. If you're tempted to stay at this hotel, I'd suggest calling first and only booking if they assure you that no youth groups will be staying.

Check in and checkout was smooth and very quick. The hotel is clean. Great location tucked away from the main road so no outside noise. Room was very clean. If you call and ask for towels or washcloths they come so quick to deliver them to you. Breakfast was decent. Nothing amazing. Waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, pastries and a few other things. The women worked hard restocking everything. The pool is small but warm and clean. We didn’t use the workout area but it was full of kids one day anyway. Parking is easy and plentiful. You are very close to malls, restaurants, fast food, supermarkets. They are all within 5 minutes. I would stay there again in the future.

The hotel was very clean and bright. When I needed extra pillows, towels, etc the staff was very accommodating. Having the refrigerator in the room with small kids is a nice convenience. The only problem as when checking in the could use a second person on during the peak check-in time. The complimentary breakfast was okay but could use a few more options.

Friendly staff, decent free breakfast. Pool was not clean and unbearably cold for the kids. Room was fine, though mattress was uncomfortable and bathroom needed ventilation.

Very comfortable and clean room; very nice staff. Pool is a bit small and generally filled with kids - not that there's anything wrong with that (especially if you're a kid)!
