SpringHill Suites by Marriott West Mifflin

This property is located near a lot of restaurants and stores.I enjoy staying there with my family

This was a business trip. Arrived at the hotel Friday evening to check in, do a quick check of the room, and get dinner. During the quick check of the room, I didn't notice anything. Came back to the room after dinner and the room was stuffy. Found the A/C-heat unit unplugged. Went to use the fridge in the room and found it warm with a dead spotted lantern butterfly in it. Found that the fridge was also unplugged. Was out most of the next day. Back at the room after a long day, I discovered FLEAS in the bed and room. [They do not allow pets at this location.] Said something to the woman at the front desk and she switched my room. Had to move my family (including a sleeping child) around at 10 pm. While there were no fleas in the new room, there was hair in the shower and brown or reddish brown handprint on the shower curtain next to the toilet at face level. Having to take trips to Pittsburgh in the future, I will not be using this hotel again!

Awesome hotel! Breakfast was yummy each morning, hotel manager Carmen was excellent in taking care of us. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to friends and family!
