easy for a family

Our stay went well and we are likely to stay again in the future as we have family in the area. Only issue was one of the two elevators was broken during our stay and some of the hallways were warm. Our rooms were nicely cool though and the staff was all very friendly - even offered to make coffee earlier than normal one morning when my husband got up before the normal hours for it.

We wanted to get away for a few days and decided to take a family trip to Pittsburgh. We had stayed in this area over 15 years ago and decided to stay at Courtyard by Marriott this time. The property is very well kept and clean. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. There was an issue with the room that I had initially reserved, and I was a bit upset about that. The front desk clerk was able to give us a discount due to the room issue. I was surprised and very pleased by that! The lobby was very clean. All the employees we came in contact with were very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable. The floors (carpet) maybe needed a bit more cleaning. The pool was open and we used it every day we were there. The pool area was very clean and well taken care of. Same with the workout room. We will definitely stay there again. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The only downside of our stay was no free breakfast and no microwave in the room. Other than that, our stay was pleasant, and we had a good time.

Put in wrong room, no linens for sofa bed, hot tub closed, pool very cold, had to ask for towels twice . I booked this specifically so the kids could swim. We quit after 30 minutes. Not our best stay.

Our room smelled like marijuana, and we shared the room with young children. There was expensive breakfast you could purchase. Our air conditioning was not working, and the unit had a towel tucked in it. It was very warm in our room. When I booked the room, it was supposed to have a couch in the room. There was a tiny chair. The hotel also charged my card twice.

Asked desk please don’t put me by kids and he did. Put me in a that was clearly wasn’t finished to to put me in a room where there was a kids party 😩

The pool & hot tub were green. Overly crowded with young kids that jumped from hot tub to the pool. Room was nice and clean. Stayed for one night but wouldn’t stay for extended period.

The stay was in a great location for our family. The check in and out was so easy and quick. The only negative was the bathroom floor was dirty. The towels laying on the floor where we showered were brown from the dirt and grim.

Stay here was nice.Front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming.Comfy rooms.First night wasn't too busy but I got put beside a room with noisy kids running through the halls.Next morning's shower wouldn't completely shut off.Reported,but never fixed.Room was tough to keep at a consistent temperature.All small details that will not prevent me from staying here again.

The hotel is very kid friendly, I appreciated that, the location is super convenient.
