Had to switch rooms due to the refrigerator not working and I had a baby which needed its milk fresh. The second rooms fridge also wasn’t working they offered to change rooms again but I chose not too being it was already after midnight. I asked for ice and buckets to keep milk cold. The A/C also wasn’t working too well in the second room. I was not happy at all and for the price it wasn’t worth it!

The holiday inn was under renovation, the outside of the hotel was dirty and has bad smell. Lot of noise while sleeping in the room. Hotel is under renovation and it created lot of inconvenience for families with kids.

We’ve stayed here before while visiting family in Pittsburg. The hotel is being upgraded so the good news is that they had a room. The bad news is that the hallways had construction debris in the hallway, the air conditioner made constant noise and the mattress was way too soft (worn out?).

It's hard to give this a proper review as the property is undergoing a renovation. Our room was fine, even with peeling wallpaper, which I assume will be fixed during the renovation. The bathroom was clean, bright, and had good water pressure. I will stay here again when I return to visit family because of its location and the potential results of the renovation.

Gave me a key to a room that was already occupied, had to go back to the desk and get a new key and room that was not what I had reserved, I needed to beds and they only had a king bed room. All of this while it was 1am and I had a toddler and a pregnant wife walking around the hotel trying to figure this out.

The staff at Holiday Inn Express were impeccable! There for a funeral with more than 20 guests/10 rooms reserved. From the start, the front desk staff along with the breakfast and cleaning staff were the BEST I have experienced at an Express location. I am so grateful for the kindness shown for our family during this sad loss of our loved one. Their customer service made all the difference in our time at your hotel. Breakfast options/staff were excellent! I am typically a Marriott or Hilton guest, but this experience has changed my mind about IHG hotels. Thank you!

My wife, two children and I arrived at 3:00 a.m. after a long and difficult drive from Connecticut. The on-duty person could not have been more helpful. The accommodations were just right for our needs. We were very pleased we had chosen this facility.
