The room including the beds were covered in ants and when we told the staff they just shrugged their shoulders and said okay. The hot tub was broken also. Overall the experience was not great. Won’t be staying there anymore which is sad because we use to stay here every time we were down to see family

They need to have more than one employee at the front desk checking people in. Not the employees fault. Rooms were mostly good with some places that weren’t cleaned well, carpet outdated, safe didn’t work and TV glitchy. No I didn’t call to have it fixed because I didn’t want to have to deal. Beds were comfy, hotel VERY quiet. Continental breakfast excellent, even if it took us a minute to figure out the “ticket” process. Chef made special Mickey pancakes for the kids. Pool was good temp and clean. Overall good stay. Not luxury, but we knew that beforehand and hotel was accomodating at getting us joining rooms. Thank you!

The immediate area around the property is not very scenic, close to freeway so some noise (room was OK for that). Was glad my wife didn't go for a walk in the neighborhood in the middle of the day. Room was OK, not inspiring. Carpet transferred lots of dirt to feet/socks. Cleanliness OK, not as outstanding as the proprietors stated at check-in. Staff very friendly. Breakfast fine if not fancy. The small fitness center was handy. Pool pretty small and seemed to be popular with kids.

Was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. Very friendly desk staff, cleaning crew, and kitchen staff. Free breakfast was yummy! Plenty of parking spaces. Close enough to Eugene, OR but far enough away from hustle and bustle. Surroundings are beautiful! So lush and green. Beds were comfy. Hotel was quiet, safe for families. Also cute design. Felt we were away at camp in comfy cabins. New owners, seems like a great family. Highly recommend and would stay again with family.

Great place to stop for the night! Rooms and property were very clean and well maintained. It was quiet and we felt safe in the area. The made to order breakfast was delicious. One suggestion is that it would be helpful to those traveling with young children if they could offer the breakfast for in room dining. They don’t allow guests to take the plates and cutlery out of the breakfast area, and I think it would be nice if they could offer some paper plates and plastic ware so guests could have the option of taking food back to their rooms.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren used the pool and it was amazing. The breakfast they served was one of the best we have had. There was a chef that would personally cook your made to order omlet.

Staff was courteous and the room was comfortable for a one night stay. Enjoyed the Jacuzzi and pool. Once the kids came into the pool house the echo made it impossible to hold a conversation as it was really loud. Breakfast was a notch above most places and I would certainly stay there again
