The staff here are super kind and friendly. She was very helpful when i asked for suggestions on food and booked us near the pool when i asked where it was. Its an older hotel, but it was the first hotel that had a washer and dryer. Being on the road for so many days with kids.. it was a happy sight!

It was a short trip for a family reunion and wanted to go watch the races afterwards and didn't want to drive back home at 11pm back to our home town..

No one was at front desk when I arrived. Even though there was a sign that said to pick up phone for assistance, no one answered. I had to go search for someone. When I did find someone they gave me attitude. The room was okay… beds where super tall and I had a hard time getting up and down, not to say it was easy for my children..the room was super hot and I was unable to cool it down. On one of the beds, there was a bar sticking out that my son hit his knee on and I cut my finger one. The pool was also dirty and freezing. Our overall stay was horrible. Too expensive for what we got!! It was like staying in a motel 6!!! I do not recommend this place!!

Parking lot was a little tight when we got back from our event. There were 4-5 spaces taken up by discourteous cars/trucks who took 3 spots and 2 spots at a time. Really not pleased. Had to park in Carl’s junior lot and hope we didn’t get towed.
