Best Western Plus Mill Creek Inn

It was a wonderful stay. Beds were good pool is great has a kid pool and hot tub. They need to enforce adults only in the hot tub or make kids sit still and not splash its not a pool. Breakfast was good. I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, large comfortable rooms, great pool area with sauna, hot tub and kids pool.

Our room was great, bigger than the average standard king bed room. Tall ceilings wide walking space between the bed and tv/ dresser. The linens were clean and new. If I have to say something negative, other people at the hotel were loud in the hall outside my door. It was of the loud voices and kids running variety. The staff was over-the-top awesome! Super friendly and helpful. They are the reason we will come back. Great job!

Check in being at 3pm was a little difficult when we arrived early and was told to come back. But the lady who checked us in was so nice and very helpful. The room was your average room. The bed was way to firm in my opinion. I had to look under a chair for my kids toy, found some tabacco pouchs, so glad my kid didn't find them. And the light on a main lamp would shut off for like 20 minutes then pop on for and hour. The pool was nice, the kiddie pool was super nice when having a kid who doesn't swim.

This area has a homeless problem. People sleeping in cars out back, caught them looking through cars. Digging through the trash every night we were there. We stayed 3 days. Tv remote barley worked. Humidity problem in the room. I tried to go to the hot tub late Saturday but there were people drinking and little kids jumping in and out . It was dirty. very disappointed. It was one of the reasons I chose the hotel and didn’t get to use it. The breakfast is a joke. You have to go to dennys across the parking lot and wait an hour for a table and nothing is free like the website claims. You get 10 dollars off your bill or 1 thing to choose from but still have to pay a tip plus coffee . Ridiculous. I can’t believe this hotel has good reviews. They must be getting paid. Weird . I wrote to the hotel but all the manager said was the same cut and paste on every bad review

Very well kept property and an entertaining staff. Only issue was what sound like a toddler pea ring the long jump in the room above us. Nice place. Breakfast is at Dennys. At this time free basic brekkie w drink or $10. Not bad.

Be advised that the “Breakfast included” is not located on-site at the hotel premises- you need to walk across the parking lot to Denny’s. Strong smell of smoke around the area. Hot tub and sauna are for 21 and over only (so was not an option for my children even with me as an adult. But staff are friendly and restaurant customer service is good.

Everything was clean. Staff was nice. My kids felt like they were living luxury. Beds very comfortable.

Great place to stay with the family

I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s a good hotel. Beds are comfortable, shower is good and staff is super friendly. The free breakfast was an issue, they have a partnership with Dennys which is in the same parking lot and would’ve been fine but they seem understaffed and had an hour wait so we had to pay for food elsewhere. Also, the pool area was really hot because of the large west facing glass windows with no shades, made it hard to see when swimming that direction or sitting in there watching kids swim.
