The check in was great, friendly gentleman at the front desk. The room was clean, but there are many places on the walls that need to be repainted and look dirty because of it. The toilet was low enough for a child rather than an adult and the bed was really too firm. For the cost I would think the rooms would be in a little better shape.

10/10 would recommend! Junior suite was a great layput for parents and kids! Pool was clean and great temp. Hot tub was hot! Great location.

I wish the pool and spa were 24 hrs.so being an adult it would be nice with no kids. I didn't get to use it cause they be closed it early, wasn't happy at all,that's why I stayed there.

We were very impressed with the Best Western. The room was very clean and the mattresses were great!!!! Breakfast had something for everyone. My children loved the heated pools. We will put this hotel on our list of places to stay again!
