Was not mentioned this hotel was not pet friendly when we booked through the app. We arrived and was told at check in that we would not be able to have our puppy with us even if we offered to pay an additional fee. I asked to speak to a manager for a refund and the front desk receptionist called her manager and said I would receive a call back the following day in regards to a refund. My family and I had to drive another hour south to another hotel and pay an additional $300 for a nights stay after driving over 5 hours from Washington. No call was received the following day from the manager nor a refund. We never checked in and paid almost $300 for a nights stay we were unable to use. This poor customer service, communication and lack of follow through has lead my family a negative experience at this hotel and booking through hotel.com.

The hotel was okay. Our family chose this location due to its proximity to an event we were attending. The area is more of an industrial area and there are limited dining options. If we need to stay in this area in the future I would look at other options. Not that there was anything wrong with the stay or the staff it was more the price to stay was comparable to nicer properties nearby.

1 night stay for a funeral. Close to facilities and family. Convenient, right off the interstate. Nice room with comfortable bed. Not the nicest neighborhood but it is a suburb of Portland so there really are few nice neighborhoods anymore.

It was unfortunate to find out upon check in that they no longer have a pool available. We chose this hotel just for the pool to entertain our kids.

Lots of fluffy pillows, very comfortable desk chair, nice amenities ( Aveda lotions, shampoo, etc.), restaurant attached for an easy dinner ~ or meal ~ with a full bar, and pool open 24 hours!! great for kids!

I have always left very satisfied after staying in a Four Points Sheraton Hotel. This stay just confirms that. As it was an unexpected overnight stay, the added bonus of knowing the Four Points family of hotels is consistent in their quality, led to a pleasant stay. The beds are outstanding! Absolutely NO complaints about my stay.
